Being back in lockdown, for a number of states, has the memory bells ringing from this time last year. Having a lot of clients both in Sydney and Melbourne, Roland shares that while the business is feeling the effects of these lockdowns, as a team, we are still striving forwards and loving every second of what we do!
With such a small pool of talent, we are seeing businesses still successfully growing by expanding the brief. Opening their doors to a broader range of candidates and allowing some really great opportunities to develop.
In June, July, and now heading into August – We are seeing that the attributes in high demand are attitude, values, and culture.
