PPG is an award-winning financial services recruitment agency specialising in mortgage broking. We’ve had more than three extremely successful years in the game now, and we’re in a great position to grow our team. We’re looking for consultants who want to excel in their career and who share our passion for the finance/brokerage industry.
Our Founder & Director Roland Youakim is a hands-on leader with a huge network in the niche area of mortgage broking, built up over more than 10 years of experience. He values an inclusive culture where growth and development takes priority, passing on his proven methodology to consultants who are hungry to learn and thrive.
The decision to focus on mortgage broking has proved successful so far, with demand for our specialised skills only increasing. Most of our work is retained – in fact, 50% of our revenue is generated outside Victoria from clients in NSW, so rest assured you’ll have no restraints when it comes to clients!

The Where – Our Office

Our beautiful, private office is based in the stunning heritage T&G Building on Collins Street. It features:
  • Onsite, barista-made coffee
  • Multiple meeting rooms
  • Designated quiet spaces for phone calls
  • Breakout areas.
It’s at the heart of Melbourne’s lively retail and dining district, so you’ll never be short of a great coffee, delicious lunch, or great meeting place to wow your clients and candidates. 
The Town Hall/Collins Street tram stop is just a 3-minute walk from the office and Flinders Street station is 5 minutes away. 
We’re willing to discuss a flexible working environment with the freedom to work from home 2 days a week, however you may enjoy the office amenities of the office so much you’ll be excited to go in!

The Who – Our Team

Management
Founder & Director Roland Youakim is an award-winning recruitment leader who takes great pride in what he and his team do. A renowned industry expert in finance broking, he often presents at industry events, positioning himself and PPG as true specialists in this niche. 
Roland has been guiding businesses within the mortgage broking, aggregation, financial planning and retail, and third party banking sectors since 2010. His passion is to build and refine the creative recruitment strategies and efficient processes that allowed him to start his own business. After 6 years of successfully working for other corporations, he created Platinum People Group to help SME businesses. 
Roland leads by example and remains very hands on with recruiting. He has a passion for mentoring ambitious consultants and seeing them smash their goals out of the park. His vision for the business is to keep it boutique size, so it will never be a large agency environment. The idea is to have a smaller team entrenched in the industry.
