Mental health is just as important as your physical health, and it’s likely to fluctuate from day to day (possibly even minute to minute!). A good day can boost your mental health, while a bad day can leave you feeling off.

We all experience highs and lows, but there’s no reason to pretend otherwise. Mental health is a conversation we should be having, even when you’re in a vulnerable position like starting a new job.
