In February 2022, Vitalii’s life changed dramatically when the war in Ukraine forced him to seek refuge in Australia. Arriving in a new country without family and with English as his second language, he faced significant challenges, including applying for hundreds of roles with no success.
It was a transformative encounter with a recruiter that turned things around, helping him secure a sales role and sparking his desire to pursue a career in recruitment. Now, as a recruiter himself, Vitalii is on a mission to help others find workplaces where they can thrive, earn what they deserve, and feel excited about their careers.
